Too many projects and acronyms

Here's a resume submitted for review, that would probably work well with resume keyword scanners, but the reader would be hard-pressed to keep reading after the first "world tour" entries!

Here you go....in summary, might warrant a second look to staff a mid-level programmer/testing role, but definitely not Manager material, and keep away from writing assignments!

- there's far too many references to project names and acronyms; I don't give a damn how "important" these things are to the organization, or really what they are, other than how technically challenging they were and the ultimate outcome from a results perspective.

- US Citizen, put it up front!

- Technical Summary, put it up front, with Skills summary!

- Has a Project Management skills/competency section, but no actual Project Management tasks/roles under "Professional Experience"? Bunch of BS.

- Grammar is barely adequate, all kinds of tense mis-matches, singular/plural errors, strange word usage, irrelevant bullet items ("wrote xxxx code for several projects"....no duh, that's why you were there!)

Yeah - lots of pumped-up PM garbage up front, unsupported by the litany of esoteric project references and basic programming roles...mixed bag, trying to be a Hefty.
